But it was WAY TOO HOT today! It was a record breaking 96 degrees here in our neck of the Rio Grande Valley – and to be honest, all I can say is UGH. I think even the ‘locals’ are a bit out of sorts with the heat!
In an effort to cool off, and in honor of all of our family and friends who got quite the blizzard (Nemo? Really?) this weekend, I thought I’d post this vintage shot of the Cabin taken in the late 50’s.
I dare say it is even a bit more buried today than it was on that day, but then again, no one is there to take a picture. 🙂
