A Good Excuse

If you stopped by expecting to see a Sabbath Rest post (along with a beautiful hymn), I must apologize. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed spending some time on YouTube researching arrangements of favorite hymns, or exploring new favorite hymn writers. But this weekend I was heavily (and heavenly) distracted.
Taran lovin'. #grands #bestillmyheart
We finally got to meet this sweet little boy, our newest grandson.
And spend some time with this little fellow –
There was certainly more snuggling and squeezing going on than picture taking, but here are a few of my favs from the weekend.
Pop and Weston with the Ultimate Construction Site Book. So many Mighty Machines!
Train time! #grands #fatherandson
Weston & Josiah intrigued at the Toy Train Museum

Taran doing what 2 month old babies do best!
Heading home, but heart is full!💞 #grands #happytobehere
Grams and the Boys (and the Ultimate Construction Site Book!)
And one final one of Taran-

with is handsome father, but wishing he was with his beautiful mama!

Oh, my, we had a sweet weekend. The weather was beautiful, and people we were visiting were outstanding.
Even if a certain little 3 and 3/4 year old boy was hard to get a good picture of!

If you’d like to see some additional Lancaster photos – check them out HERE!

Thanks for stopping by! And if you’d like a bit of Sabbath Rest, feel free to hum along –

Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow;
Praise Him, all creatures here below;
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
