Reflections of Fall

This was the view one morning this past week. We have been blessed with beautiful fall weather – and the fall scenery to boot!
We are only at this project for another week or so, just long enough for Gary to finish up the HVAC stuff he started in the spring. We certainly love New England, so it’s been fun to be back. Plus, we are working with (of course) some great Sower friends! Here are a couple more shots –

Right now (Saturday) we are back in Doylestown. This afternoon we head to the Memorial Service for Wendy. It will be good to hug her family and celebrate her life. She will be missed by so very many, but our grief is tempered by the knowledge of her wonderful home-going.

“We don’t like to say good-bye to those whom we love.
It is right for us to weep, but there is no need for us to dispair.
They had pain here. They have no pain there.
They struggled here. They have no struggle there.
You and I might wonder why God took them home.
But they don’t.They are, at this very moment,
at peace in the presence of God.”

  1. Dear Gary & Stephanie:

I know that you have not heard from us in a LONG time, but I wanted to let you both know that the pictures of family and scenry are wonderful. We don’t know you or your family alot, but we can enjoy with you watching your family grow. God has provided you both with an opportunity to do this and we are enjoying in see God’s creation through you both.

Have a safe time and a Blessed 2007
