to start the day. And especially to start the first day of our 10th year on the road. Today, in the early morning drizzle, my new friend Cheryl and I took a prayer walk along the Scripture Trail here at Montrose Bible Conference. As we passed each scripture plaque up in the trees, we prayed those sacred words over our families and our friends and our lives.
You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in your Word. Psalm 119:114
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2
Words of promise and words of truth. Words that bear remembering.
Words to live by.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayers.
