Group Leader Report addendum:

One final job the guys tackled was putting in two new RV sites for some overflow RV parking.

I don’t know all the ins and outs of that task, but I was able to document the ditch that they had to dig to get the power line to the pole.

Now that may look like a simple ditch dug in the sandy soil of Florida, but here’s the rest of the story –

It was more of a tunneling under the roots exercise than an actual digging job. No shovels worked with this – it was all done with a garden trowel!

Between the concrete work and this little ditch challenge, new knee pads have been ordered! Thank you, Amazon Prime!

And on the wildlife front – our little alligator has not been seen for several days and we think he has left the neighborhood. But the otters have been very busy – and I was able to catch them on video!
